Coaching
A coach can make all the difference in the world to a high achieving leader. The coach helps a client keep on his/her development track by being action-oriented and by supporting incremental steps in moving forward. The International Coaching Centre Inc. has been brought in to coach high-achievers who want to improve their skills and to situations in which coaching is needed to improve performance and productivity. The International Coaching Centre Inc. conducts coaching in person, by telephone and via email to make it easy for busy people to access coaching from anywhere in the world. We have coached leaders in North America, Latin America and Europe.
Each coaching conversation is structured to allow some time for the coach to hear about the client’s accomplishments and challenges since the previous coaching session and to help him or her focus the agenda to be discussed in the current session. Then, using our expertise and coaching tool kit, we help the client discover options and possibilities that will support forward movement on the issue being discussed. Coaching sessions conclude with the co-creation of an action plan that the client will implement between coaching sessions.
